In this role, you'll operate a ready-mix concrete truck and play a key part in delivering quality products to our customers in a timely and professional manner. No prior ready-mix experience? Position Summary The Ready-Mix Driver is responsible for operating a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites. This includes safely loading, transporting, unloading, and maintaining the truck while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with all safety and DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver materials safely and efficiently to job sites Position the truck for loading and receive materials including cement, aggregates, and water Transport concrete to designated locations and discharge it using chutes or other placement methods Assist customers with the placement of concrete when needed Clean and wash the truck after each delivery to prevent buildup and maintain equipment condition Apply protective materials to truck surfaces as needed Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, including checking tires, lights, brakes, and fluid levels Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and required paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Operate equipment in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Keep equipment clean, well-maintained, and in good working order Identify and report mechanical or operational issues Be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement required Clean driving record (no recent

DUI/DWI/OWI
