Organize property viewings and open houses, providing potential buyers with thorough information and insights. Cultivate a robust network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions. Remain informed on local zoning regulations, financing options, and other factors impacting the real estate market. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License in the state of Alabama. Demonstrated experience in the role of a Real Estate Agent or a comparable position. Comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
