Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors Requirements Must be aLICENSED REAL ESTATE
AGENT orCURRENTLY ENROLLED
in real estate school.
