Job Description

Premier luxury real estate team in Palm Beach Gardens looking for an experienced, licensed real estate professional to join us as a Real Estate Administrative & Showing Assistant. This is a key role supporting the brokers in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is ideal for someone who already knows the business, is highly organized, client-focused, and enjoys being involved in both the administrative and client-facing sides of real estate. This is a full-time position working 9:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.
m. Weekdays plus this role requires availability to work at minimum every third weekend with time off during the week when weekends are worked. Opportunity for bonuses and ability to work your own real estate business on the side. Candidate MUST currently possess a Florida Real Estate License.
Responsibilities:
  • Create Sales Contracts, Listing Agreements and Addendums
  • Input listings into the MLS
  • Track progress of multiple deals in various stages
  • Monitor listings, contingency deadlines and expiration dates
  • Coordinate showings and provide feedback
  • Show the team's listing to prospective buyers
  • Meet with photographers and inspectors at properties
  • Run misc.
errands i.e.: having keys made, installing lockboxes, picking up plans, delivering applications, etc. Must be a proactive self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written skills. The candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks and have the ability to make quick decisions while prioritizing.
Requirements:
  • Florida Real Estate License
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Residential Real Estate Industry
  • Must know how to write a sales contract & listing agreement and know how to enter listings into the MLS without assistance
  • Strong computer skills with MLS, Appfiles, Microsoft Office experience
  • Professional office appearance
