Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verify access permissions when required, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy concerns in accordance with site guidelines. Support order at the location by following post instructions, assisting with visitor direction, and/or addressing routine concerns while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience. Be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Guard card is required Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
