Our well-established Metro-West Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. We're a collaborative, client-focused practice that values professionalism, precision, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary contact for lenders, clients, and attorneys throughout the transaction process. Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, title commitments, and settlement statements . Schedule and coordinate closings , ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Manage files from title order through post-closing . Ensure compliance with lender, title, and firm requirements.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of real estate paralegal experience (residential preferred). Familiarity with E-Closings software or similar platforms preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
