This paid internship position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate law and develop essential legal skills. As a trainee, you will support an attorney with a variety of legal tasks, including document review, research, and case management, while learning about the intricacies of real estate transactions and related legal areas. This role is perfect for aspiring paralegals or law students eager to build a solid foundation in law practice within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with real estate transaction documentation, including title searches, deeds, and closing documents Review contracts, leases, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness Aid in preparing legal documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and maintaining organized records of legal files Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited paralegal studies program or related field Demonstrated interest or coursework in real estate law Prior paralegal or legal administrative experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in legal drafting and proofreading Basic knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, data entry, and phone etiquette Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and professionalism Law Students or newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply This paid internship provides valuable exposure to diverse areas of law practice while fostering your professional growth.
