A highly entrepreneurial Am Law 200 firm is seeking a New York Real Estate Partner or Group to build and lead its NY real estate practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine platform role, with complete autonomy, strong existing national infrastructure, and the backing of a firm that already operates at scale in the US real estate and REIT markets. The opportunity You would be tasked with establishing and growing the New York real estate practice, leveraging a nationally respected real estate group with an established reputation across REITs, real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and complex real estate transactions. The firm already represents a meaningful share of the US REIT market and has deep experience advising institutional investors, sponsors, lenders and public and private real estate companies, creating immediate cross?selling and referral opportunities for a New York leader.
