Real Estate Recruiter Outbound / Headhunting Role

Full-Time | Delaware • Pennsylvania • Maryland Foraker Realty Co is a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage seeking a full-time Recruiter to help us actively grow our agent base. This is not an inbound recruiting role . The right candidate will be comfortable spending the majority of their day on outbound calls , actively headhunting agents at other brokerages and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Make consistent outbound recruiting calls to licensed real estate agents Headhunt agents from other brokerages who align with our culture and standards Follow a structured daily call and follow-up schedule Set appointments and recruiting meetings for leadership Track conversations, follow-ups, and results Attend recruiting meetings and occasional in-person events Represent the brokerage professionally and enthusiastically Required Experience & Skills Prior recruiting experience required (real estate recruiting strongly preferred) Comfortable with high-volume cold calling Confident speaking with experienced professionals Able to follow systems, schedules, and daily activity goals Positive, energetic, and personable personality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Resilient and able to handle rejection without frustration Self-motivated and consistent This Role Is NOT Inbound-only recruiting An HR or administrative position A passive or part-time role What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Clear expectations and daily structure Supportive leadership and proven systems Opportunity for long-term growth within the company A high-energy, professional work environment Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday In-office with some flexibility (based on experience)

Pay:
