Compensation:
$125,500 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their home-buying needs and preferences. Schedule and conduct property showings, ensuring a seamless and informative experience. Provide clients with detailed information about each property, highlighting key features and benefits. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for effective client engagement and satisfaction. Assist clients in navigating the home-buying process, offering guidance and support at every step. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and available properties. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer any questions they may have.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey property details. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team to achieve common goals. Familiarity with the Tucson, AZ, real estate market and local neighborhoods is a plus. Proficiency in using technology and real estate software to manage schedules and client interactions efficiently.
