Manage the entire workflow from contract to payout for both real estate and heavy equipment auctions. You'll be responsible for keeping all timelines on track. Master the

Paperwork:

Review real estate contracts, manage buyer/consignor records, and ensure every file is 100% audit-ready.

Title & Escrow Logistics:

Navigate the specifics of vehicle/trailer titles and ownership transfers. (Our client is willing to train the right person on these nuances).

Auction Day Execution:

Play a pivotal role in bidder registration and on-site administrative support during high-energy, quarterly auction events.

Financial Reconciliation:
