The average Sales Representative makes 2 sales per week. You do the math! Primary Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging with the community.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Conduct weather damage inspections.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well collaboratively with others.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license .

Pay Rate:

Compensation is based on performance, experience, and ability to exceed sales goals. Maximum earnings potential is typically achieved when working 40+ hours/week.
