Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our agency. Duties Welcome and assist customers and ensure a positive first impression Answer multi line phone system and transfer caller to appropriate professional Accept and post customer payments, balance cash and prepare bank deposits Create documents, maintain excel spreadsheets and send memos and emails Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and update calendars Support office operations through basic data entry and maintaining confidential records Communication with internal teams and external contacts to support daily operations Other duties as assigned Skills Property and Casualty Insurance license is desirable but not required; opportunity to become licensed is provided Able to provide exceptional customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel) Experience with client management systems is preferred but will train the right candidate Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment Self-motivated, punctual and professional Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work Ability to follow through with tasks to ensure accuracy

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
