Receptionist Villa Rica, GA | Full-Time | Non-Exempt At Harrison Contracting Company (HCC ) , this role is the front door of our business—and a key part of keeping our jobs running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track. What You'll Do Be the First Impression Answer calls and direct them quickly and professionally Welcome visitors, customers, and vendors Keep the front office and shared spaces clean, organized, and ready Keep Jobs Moving (Purchase Orders) Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy Make sure POs are tied to the right job, cost codes, and budgets Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Accounting Track status, follow up, and fix issues before they slow things down Keep organized records to support job costing and audits Support the Office Manage mail, deliveries, and supplies Help set up meetings (including food when needed) Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED equivalency strongly preferred Experience in admin, front desk, or coordination work preferred Strong attention to detail (especially with numbers and tracking) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills If you're the person people rely on to keep things organized, moving, and running right—we want to hear from you.
