Greens at Gastonia is a warm and welcoming long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate care for our residents. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team during evening hours.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed Provide basic information and assistance to residents and guests Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., filing, copying, handling mail) Support staff with communication and coordination needs as required

Requirements:

Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in healthcare or senior care setting is a plus

Schedule:

This is a part-time position from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Days of the week may vary depending on scheduling needs.
