Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing information, assistance, and personalized service to all visitors. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner Provide directions, mall directories, and information on stores, events, and promotions Assist with guest services such as gift card sales, stroller/wheelchair rentals, and lost & found Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions within the center Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked concierge desk Coordinate with security and management as needed to ensure a safe environment Track and report guest interactions and feedback Qualifications 3+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
