Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with essential accounting and clerical duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, ready to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk Handle incoming inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer service support Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and document proofreading Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings or appointments Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times to uphold a professional image. Provides internal technology troubleshooting and system maintenance. Process invoices, payments, and maintaining financial records. Experience Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with data entry, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and filing systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Join us in delivering outstanding service while supporting our daily operations! Pay:
$20.75 - $29.03 per hour
