Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and other machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks Safely maneuver equipment including trucks, dump trucks, tilt trailers, dump trailers, to transport materials across construction sites Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Collaborate with team members to execute site plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and operational reports for project documentation Support site cleanup and organization by managing debris removal and material storage with heavy machinery Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites with a strong understanding of construction processes Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery such as Sany equipment, cranes, dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and related farm machinery Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks or tanker vehicles Familiarity with construction site safety standards and the ability to follow safety procedures rigorously Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working in outdoor conditions for extended periods Basic understanding of concrete mixers and other specialized construction equipment is preferred Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Join us in shaping the future through impactful construction projects!
