We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Receptionist/Concierge to join our team at an exclusive private country club known for exceptional service, elegance, and member experience. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering white-glove service. Position Overview As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Receptionist/Concierge plays a vital role in creating a warm, seamless, and elevated club experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to anticipate member needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentivenessManage a high-volume, multi-line phone system efficiently and professionallyHandle incoming calls, reservations, member inquiries, and guest requests with exceptional customer serviceCoordinate dining and event reservationsAssist members with special requests, transportation arrangements, directions, and personalized concierge servicesMaintain accurate member records, correspondence, and club communicationsSupport club events, private functions, and daily administrative operations as neededCreate and assist with club flyers, announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials using platforms such as Canva and Adobe.Handle guest check-ins and ensure a seamless arrival experienceMaintain confidentiality and discretion regarding members and club operationsCollaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless luxury experience
Requirements:
Qualifications Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, concierge services, or high-end customer service preferred Experience operating a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced professional environment Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with marketing and design platforms such as Canva preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a fast-paced environmentSimilar remote jobs
