• $18•20 an hour Length of assignment•June to September (possibility of full-time position) Job duties include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and helping walk-in guests, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling conference rooms, reconciling credit card transitions (coding expenses in our banking software), ordering catering for on-site events, additional coordinating with vendors, etc.

Must be able to answer multi-line phone systems. Computer skills are a plus. Must have greatmunication skills.

Pay Details:
