Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Agency Corporate Office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and professionalism will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for anyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette and delivering messages. Pick up, sort, deliver mail daily Pick up and deliver items to the bank daily Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or management as needed. Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations.
