Greet customer as the receptionist in a pleasant and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls in timely manner/routing them to appropriate departments Promptly and efficiently answer customer questions Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complaining customer to the appropriate contact for resolution Regular attendance that is consistent with company policy Perform other special duties as requested by the dealership and other management Engaging, fast-paced, and will provide an unmatched level of client service. Variable shift times, but required availability Monday•Saturday's 9:00 AM•6PM with the option to pick up addtional valet shifts

Qualifications Requirements include but not limited to: Open availability Monday•Saturday 9:00 AM•6PM with the option to pick up addtional valet shifts Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift Professional appearance Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Team player Ability to work weekday evenings and saturdays All candidates are subject to a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted.
