Thursday through Sunday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Joyology of Mt. Clemens is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compliant environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities Greet customers and verify IDs upon entry Manage customer flow and monitor wait times Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations regarding entry Answer phone calls and assist with general customer inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area Communicate effectively with budtenders and management Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with cannabis regulatory requirements Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor and dependable attendance Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Benefits & Perks Weekly pay Monthly incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Positive and team-oriented work environment
