Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help create an efficient, welcoming environment. Duties Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization for staff Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Assist with job costing data entry into office software systems Support office management activities and general administrative support Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating reliability and efficiency Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are beneficial for supporting leadership teams Join us in creating a positive, productive environment where your organizational talents can shine!
