Receptionist (Part Time / Saturdays)

Description Colton RV & Marine is looking for a Part-Time (Saturday Only) Receptionist at our Orchard Park Dealership. We need someone with a warm personality, a professional presence, and strong communication skills. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team setting. What You'll Do:

Follow receptionist processes and procedures to keep operations running smoothly Perform general clerical duties Greet visitors, identify their needs, and direct them appropriately Direct clients to our lounge and connect them with team members for updates Help resolve customer concerns and ensure they're directed to the right person Monitor demo vehicle keys and maintain logs as needed Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked Assist with preparing customer welcome gift bags for RV deliveries (may involve stairs) and other events Participate in department meetings Support the team with additional tasks as needed What's in it for you? Matching Requirements What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED 1-3 months of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer proficiency Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable team player who enjoys helping others

Schedule:

Saturday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Additional hours may be available to help cover shifts as needed
