The responsibility for exceeding client expectations and providing exceptional patient care begins and ends here. The Client Relations Specialist always has a positive, go-getter, can-do, cheerful, friendly attitude. They work as a team member to insure continuity of care through continuous client telephone and in-person communication, medical records preparation and oversight, and practice team communication. Requirements High school diploma Demonstrate high degree of professionalism at all times. Exceptional client service skills and success in consistently exceeding client expectations. Ability to multi-task quickly, effectively and maintain high level accuracy in fast-paced environment Cheerful, friendly, outgoing personality & positive attitude Exceptional problems solving and listening skills Excellent spelling, grammar & math skills Strong organizational skills Computer proficient. Ability to keyboard 50wpm. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy.
