Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in office management, and demonstrate effective time management abilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clients is a key aspect of this position. Responsibilities Greet visitors and students warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance. Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents. Assist in student registration including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Support administrative functions such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing supplies inventory. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in clerical duties including typing, data entry, and file management. Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
