is looking to hire a Administrative/HR Assistant with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude. HOMEMASTERSis a well established and growing Franchise located here in Boring Or. Serving a large customer base in both Clackamas and Multnomah Counties.

Qualifications:
  • You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be organized and deadline driven
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening and written
  • Have excellent multi-tasking, problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Able to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented Responsibilities include:
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointment and maintain calendars
  • Prepare Work Orders for technicians
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Basic Data entry
  • Collect forms of payment from customers
  • Assist others in the office as needed
  • Rebate submissions
  • Prepare mail
