In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth office operations, support team needs, and foster a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Handle all front desk duties including but not limited to managing incoming correspondence, check-in and out processes, cleaner and vendor scheduling . Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry using PMS software Support office management activities such as supply ordering, and document proofreading Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and smooth daily operations Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and sharing Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing correspondence Requirements Proven office experience or clerical experience in a professional environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Familiarity with office management software and clerical procedures enhances your fit for this role Part Time or Full Time Hours available.
