What You Bring Required High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of experience in mental health, healthcare, caregiving, or a related support setting OR Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of related mental health experience We welcome experience such as: Behavioral health or psychiatric settings CNA, caregiving, residential treatment, or direct support roles EMT, medical assistant, rehab support, case management support Human services or social service experience Also Required Basic knowledge of health and behavioral support practices Current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential or CNA (or ability to obtain qualifying credential as required) What You'll Earn $19.67
