Job Description
Job Summary This administrative position as a Recovery Specialist supports our Recovery Department with Buildings and Trailers in communication with our partner companies. Responsibilities:
Communicate with drivers from our partner companies to facilitate prompt recovery of our buildings/trailers. Assign and prioritize urgent recovery pickups while effectively communicating with the driver. Update with drivers on priority repos to meet monthly pick up goals. Analyze a list of buildings out for pick up to ensure proper maintenance of recovery buildings/trailers in assigned rental companies. Process driver invoices and hauling expenses to pay drivers daily Answer incoming recovery calls to assist customers with payments and arrangements to help satisfy their needs. Schedule and map independent driver runs to create efficient routes for recovery buildings/trailers out for pick up. Provide timely responses to driver's text messages on iPad Experience:
Prior office experience Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Proficient in keyboarding (typing) Proficient with iPad Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, extroverted, tactful, organized, and goal-oriented. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures. Must possess strong organizational, multitasking skills, and stress management skills. Ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritize tasks. Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, communicate effectively (orally and written), and listen effectively.Benefits:
