Recreational Gymnastics Instructor (Week Nights/Weekend Needs)

Integrity Athletics ( www.integritygym.com ), one of the leading children's athletic facilities in Central Ohio is seeking coaches for our Recreational Gymnastics Programs. We are looking for individuals passionate about school-age children and their development. This person will be a vital member of our team! The ideal person is energetic, creative, organized, excited to be part of a team and grow with Integrity. In our growing company, we are looking for employees able to work anywhere from 10-15 hours/week.

Job Description:

Commitment and Reliability to schedule. Follow and be accountable to all company policies and procedures. Be punctual, arriving on time for your shift. Bring energy and excitement to each class. Provide positive interactions with staff and students, both verbal and non-verbal Supervision, safety, and well-being of each student during class Physical, Mental, Social, and Emotional Follow lesson plans as set forth by Program Director Responsible for the development and progress of each student Responsible for the care of company property (i.e. mats, restrooms, offices) Enter Attendance into I-Class Pro Ensure proper communication pathway is always met. Communicate issues, concerns, ideas, and initiatives with Supervisor or Program Leads Qualifications Gymnastics background not required Passion for children's development and a strong commitment to being part of a team Passion for athletics and creating a fun environment for learning Experience in childcare or athletics programming encouraged Ability to teach some nights and/or Saturdays or Sundays required Compensation/Benefits Part-time positions are available. Benefits available to full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K. Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience for the right individual.
