Park Assistant Manager (Part-Time / Full-Time) Pleasants Landing | Lake Anna, VA Looking for an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an energetic, reliable Park Assistant Manager who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fast-paced recreational environment. What You'll Do Help oversee daily park operations, including beaches, pavilions, grills, and rental equipment Greet guests, check park passes, and ensure a smooth, welcoming entry experience Identify and report maintenance needs to keep the park clean, safe, and running efficiently Support office operations—answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with basic admin tasks Assist with rentals, events, and overall guest experience throughout the park What We're Looking For Positive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude Ability to work independently while being a dependable team player Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day Able to lift up to 50 lbs Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with social media or marketing Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Publisher a plus) Background in trades, maintenance, boating, or outdoor recreation Why You'll Love This Job Work on the water in a fun, high-energy environment Be part of a growing destination at Lake Anna Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Requirements Must be available to work at least one weekend day This is an on-site, outdoor position at Pleasants Landing Pay $16.00
