As a Recruiter supporting go-to-market, corporate, and technical teams, you will play an important role in shaping the talent that powers our mission to transform how schools work so every educator and student succeeds. You will help teams grow thoughtfully by identifying, engaging, and hiring individuals who are motivated to make a difference in education. Your work will support our ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for schools and the communities they serve. How you'll drive success You will work closely with leaders and teammates across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and technology to support strong hiring outcomes. Support hiring across go-to-market, corporate, and select technical roles Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to understand team needs and priorities Support and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, mission-aligned talent Delivering a candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and engaging at every step Use data and insights to inform your work and improve outcomes Balance speed and quality while maintaining a focus on long-term fit and success Continuously improve your recruiting approach as business needs evolve Manage multiple open roles across functions with support from the broader recruiting team What you bring to help us grow You bring a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset, along with the ability to adapt across different hiring needs. Experience supporting recruiting across go-to-market and corporate roles, with exposure to technical hiring Ability to build strong relationships and support hiring decisions A thoughtful approach to sourcing and engaging candidates from a range of backgrounds and experiences Comfort navigating changing priorities and adjusting as business needs evolve A focus on delivering quality outcomes and continuously improving your work Clear and effective communication skills Interest in building your skills across both go-to-market and technical recruiting What you'll need to thrive This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and motivated to grow in their recruiting career.
