You'll be: Supporting the organization's C.A.R.E values in all recruitment activities Reviewing resumes and identifying the best-fit candidates Conducting initial screening interviews and organizing onsite interviews Coordinating participation in career fairs and sourcing potential candidates Developing compelling job postings and creating offer letters for new hires Organizing new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and supporting future workforce planning Editing and creating job descriptions and collaborating on diverse HR projects Reporting to the Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor while working cross-functionally with leaders and teams This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have an Associate degree in human resources or a related field (preferred) Bring 1-3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or human resources (required) Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities with ease Possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data management Excel at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a customer-focused mindset What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
