Recruiter:

Brand Ambassador:

Craft and launch compelling job advertisements across top platforms, social media, and our company career site.

Talent Sourcing:

Review resumes, conduct engaging initial phone screenings, and pinpoint the best candidates for our open roles.

Interview Orchestration:

Act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, managing all scheduling and logistics for a seamless interview experience.

Candidate Experience:

Maintain proactive and transparent communication with applicants, ensuring they feel supported throughout the entire hiring journey.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define team needs and assist in drafting high-impact job descriptions.

Onboarding Excellence:

Support the final stages of the hire by preparing offer letters and facilitating a warm, organized orientation for new team members.

Compliance Champion:

Ensure all recruitment activities are executed in full alignment with employment laws and internal regulations. Qualifications of the

Proven Track Record:

Solid experience in HR, specifically focused on recruitment or high-volume staffing.

Bilingual Advantage:

Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred, including strong written and verbal skills.
