Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned healthcare and corporate positions Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and workforce planning goals Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for consideration Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and hiring practices Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding coordination Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions Attend career fairs, networking events, and healthcare recruiting initiatives as needed Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, hospital, behavioral health, or medical environments Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles preferred Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
