Job Description
Barron Industries, a trusted leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking an Experienced House Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across our growing operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on recruiting skilled trades and technical professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We manufacture mission-critical metal components for highly regulated applications, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Our capabilities additive technologies, foundry operations, investment casting, CNC Machining, Quality testing, welding and assembly. Our new Aerospace and Defense Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center (ADAMTeC) is opening soon and will create 50 new jobs—supporting our continued growth and innovation. Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies and build talent pipelines for future growth. Identify support and resources for manufacturing skilled-trades talent development and recruitmentWhat We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing or skilled trades strongly preferred) Proven ability to fill hard-to-fill roles quickly and effectively Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and recruiting tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:
