About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Recruiting Assistant to support our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping us identify and bring in high-quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates regarding next steps and updates Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms Track and manage candidate information Assist with sourcing candidates and following up on leads Support onboarding and administrative recruiting tasks Compensation $10.00 per hour Performance-based bonus tied to helping bring in high-quality, successful hires What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Professional and positive attitude Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer tools Preferred (not required): Customer service, administrative, or recruiting experience Interest in HR, recruiting, or financial services Why This Role?
