Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using various job boards, professional networks, and other tools. Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates. Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and close deals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates Stay current on market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruiment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to source and place top-notch candidates in the trucking industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic enviroment

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
