Recruiting Manager

Description Barcelona Wine Bar is looking for a Recruiting Manager. As a member of the People Team this individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting effort as well as developing and nurturing relationships with Operations teams. A successful candidate will be positive, proactive, and flexible, and must possess a strong attention to detail. This position reports directly to the Director of HR/People Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Sources, accesses, and recommends Operations level candidates to fill vacant positions from internal and external sources. Present detailed candidate profile summaries. Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness. Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and hiring regulations. Organizes and Coordinates RJP/Trails for respective candidates. Perform reference checks when appropriate or requested on potential hires. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant recruiting experience. Preferably in a polished casual, high-volume environment. Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting new restaurant openings or rapid growth environments. Knowledge of hospitality labor markets and leadership recruiting trends. Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. Familiarity with HR practices.
