We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help shape the future of our workforce. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
