This full time position following a schedule of 7.5 hours a day, 37.5 hours a week for 260 days per annual program. Excellent benefits package that includes family health, dental, vision insurance; retirement options, including the Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) and life insurance options. The education and experience required includes: A High School Diploma/equivalent General Education Diploma (GED) is required. An Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Two (2) years of experience working in a position responsible for recruitment, outreach, marketing, sales, or working with Migrant Education in a similar role is preferred. The recruiter must bilingual/bi-literate in Spanish and English. Clear verbal and written communication is required. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with people from a variety of professional, religious, national and racial/ethnic backgrounds. Experience interviewing and/or administering questionnaires. Additional language ability is a preference for Spanish or Nepali. Basic technology capability (Outlook, Google Suite, etc.). Adept at using virtual meeting platforms such as Skype, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Requires the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships using tact and diplomacy and to remain calm in unpredictable situations. Must have ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues, co-workers, community agency personnel, and students/trainees. Dauphin County Full time opening for the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit's (CSIU) Migrant Education program working with our diverse migrant farm families. We are looking for a flexible person with experience in recruiting, interview techniques, social work or education and, where appropriate for the population, the ability to speak Spanish. This position involves frequent travel throughout Dauphin County requiring the ability to travel to multiple work place locations.Hourly wage:
