Recycling Supervisor

AT Staffing is seeking a motivated Recycling Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our metal recycling facility. This role is responsible for safety compliance, team leadership, customer service, material processing, and maintaining efficient facility operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily recycling yard operations, shipping, and material processing Supervise, train, and support facility employees Enforce safety, PPE, and environmental compliance standards Ensure accurate grading, weighing, and customer payments Maintain equipment, facility organization, and workflow efficiency Handle customer concerns professionally Oversee cash handling, deposits, and operational reporting

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Driver License Previous management experience in recycling, industrial, or operations environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs Apply Today!
