Your expertise will ensure that each device meets quality standards before reaching new customers or resale markets. Responsibilities Disassemble, inspect, and repair various electronic devices using hand tools and specialized equipment Troubleshoot software issues across multiple operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Solder components and replace damaged parts on circuit boards following schematics and technical diagrams Conduct thorough analysis to identify hardware faults and determine appropriate repair solutions Test devices post-repair to ensure functionality, performance, and safety standards are met Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for quality assurance Support field service teams by preparing devices for shipment or onsite troubleshooting when needed Skills Proficiency in working with mobile devices including smartphones and tablets across Android and iOS platforms Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems such as Windows and macOS Skilled in soldering small electronic components with precision on circuit boards Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides effectively Experience using hand tools like screwdrivers, pliers, spudgers, and multimeters for repairs Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately in complex electronic systems Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for mobile devices and computers Effective technical support skills to assist customers or team members with device issues in retail or field service environments Join us as a Refurbishment Technician where your technical expertise fuels sustainability initiatives while advancing your career in electronics repair!
