Do you believe that food is medicine ? That local, organic agriculture is the foundation of a healthier future? That real growth—personally and professionally—happens outside your comfort zone ? If so, this role is designed for you. We are looking for committed foot soldiers, activists, to enter communities where people are and initiate conversations about supporting local certified organic family farms. We do this OUTSIDE, wherever people are at: in neighborhoods in busy parks, shopping districts, etc Core Responsibilities You will be trained to operate across four primary environments: Community Outreach

We are a pioneer in the organic industry, no one comes close, it hasn't been easy. We don't brag about it, because we are so busy engaged in the hard work of being the farm, labor intensive certified organic family farming, endeavoring the logistical challenges of delivering a highly-perishable product to people's homes fresher than anywhere else they can get it. We are not a startup. We are not a trend. We are a vertically integrated farm system redefining how communities access food . Our model connects households directly to organic farms—cutting out inefficiencies, reducing waste, and delivering produce that is significantly fresher than traditional retail supply chains . We engage in real life conversations with real people
  • this job is not in the fields, it is in the communities, connecting them to the farms that feed them, organically, this is NOT possible to be done online through digital means, nor through influencers nor databases, there are no shortcuts here this is civic engagement.
What This Role Is It is community-based outreach and education . To change the food system and save local family certified organic farms we need to stay in business. We also help 60-150 other certified organic family farms stay in business, who without our program may not survive. You will engage people directly—at events, in neighborhoods, and in public spaces—helping them understand: Why most grocery store produce is already 4 days older that having our farms deliver it direct to community residential homes How supporting local farms does not increase their grocery spend Why food quality directly impacts long-term health outcomes Your role is to educate, align, and enroll —not pressure.
