This regional position gives new drivers the opportunity to build experience with steady freight, weekly pay, and a team focused on helping drivers succeed from day one.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

Average weekly pay: $1,300

• $1,500 Annual income: $67,600
• $78,000 Average miles: 1,800
• 2,200 per week Stop pay: $15 per stop & Short-haul bonus: $40 Transition bonus up to $1,500 Paid orientation: $300 + hotel, travel & meals covered Direct deposit every Friday

NEW DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Trainees and recent CDL graduates welcome

• no experience needed Earn $650 per week during your training period Work alongside an experienced mentor before upgrading to solo runs Training typically runs 4 to 6 weeks based on your progress Structured onboarding so you're never thrown in without support

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

Home weekly

TRUCKS & EQUIPMENT

Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth & International trucks Automatic transmissions

• no manual shifting required Clean, well-maintained fleet with regular inspections and uptime focus

DRIVER EXPECTATIONS

Deliver freight safely and on schedule Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every run Maintain accurate ELD records in full DOT compliance Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Class A CDL required Must be 21 years or older Max 2 moving violations within the past 24 months

• required Must pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug screening Must meet FMCSA Clearinghouse standards
