You'll lead the way in ensuring MDS assessments are precise, timely, and fully compliant with federal and state regulations. Advocate forAccuracy:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure every diagnosis and care intervention is captured, supporting proper PDPM classifications.Educate & Elevate:
Act as a clinical mentor, providing ongoing education to staff on documentation best practices and regulatory shifts.Drive Quality:
Participate in "triple-check" processes and quality assurance initiatives that keep our facility survey-ready and high-performing. What You Bring to theAlliance The Credentials:
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.The Expertise:
2-3 years of dedicated MDS/Clinical Reimbursement experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting.The Toolkit:
Deep knowledge ofPDPM, ICD-10
coding, and CMS RAI guidelines.The Mindset:
