The Opportunity We are looking for a Regional Director of Personal Training to lead, scale, and dominate our personal training departments across multiple ONYX locations. This is not a "babysitting trainers" role. This is a high-performance leadership position for someone who understands: Revenue generation Sales systems Team building & culture Operational excellence You will be responsible for turning personal training into a major profit center across all locations while building a team that delivers elite-level results and member experiences. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee and scale personal training operations across all ONYX locations Build, train, and lead a team of high-performing personal training managers and coaches Develop and implement sales systems that consistently drive revenue growth Own and be accountable for monthly and annual revenue targets Create compensation structures, incentives, and KPIs that drive performance Standardize onboarding, programming, and client experience across all clubs Identify opportunities to expand into: Small group training Specialty programs Youth training Sport-specific performance Collaborate with ownership on strategy, expansion, and future locations Who You Are You've built or led a personal training department that produced real revenue You understand that training is both results AND sales You are obsessed with performance, accountability, and growth You know how to hire, develop, and retain top talent You can walk into any club and immediately identify what's broken and fix it You lead from the front, not from behind a desk Compensation We believe in paying for performance, not just presence .

Base Salary:

$60,000 to $70,000 starting pay.
