Our Regional Executive Chef Has:

Must have at least 6+ years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 3 years as a Multi-Unit Executive Chef

• multi-unit oversight is required Scratch kitchen leadership experience
• event/banquet experience is important Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, and maintaining a high rate of staff retention Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
• attitude and drive are everything
